Amy Gray has been in education since 2007. She was a middle school language arts and social studies teacher in East Aurora 131. She became an assistant principal in CCSD93 in 2012. Amy has served as an assistant principal at Stratford Middle School, Jay Stream Middle School, and Cloverdale Elementary School. Amy has been principal of Roy DeShane Elementary since 2020.
Amy has her Bachelor's degree from St. Norbert College, her Masters in Liberal Studies from North Central College, and her second Masters in Educational Leadership from North Central College.
Amy resides in Naperville with her husband David. Amy’s 3 adult children are Rachel, Lauren, and Ethan. She loves to read, learn Spanish, spend time with family, and ride her bike.

Stephanie Ripoli has been in education since 2004, where she began her career in Elgin. She was a general education teacher at both the middle school and elementary levels before coming to CCSD93. She served as the CCSD93 Early Childhood’s Assistant Principal from 2022 to 2026, before moving to Roy DeShane Elementary beginning in the 2026-27 school year.
Stephanie holds her Bachelor’s degree from Loras College and received her Masters in Educational Leadership from DePaul University.
Stephanie resides in Bloomingdale with her daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
